Lauv Properties was born from a meeting between the two of us: Kristina and Margaux.

It all began with a professional connection — we both worked for a high-end real estate agency on the French Riviera.

From the very start, we found a perfect understanding: the same ambitions and the same way of working made us want to go further, together.

We wanted to build and grow our own company, bringing together our skills and expertise around two passions: real estate and the art of hospitality.

Real estate has always been our craft. Today, through our company, we support our clients in selling exceptional properties on the French Riviera, with the same care and attention to detail that has driven us from the beginning.

Concierge services, on the other hand, have been close to our hearts for years. For 7 years, we've dreamed of offering our clients a bespoke concierge experience, guided by our values: attentiveness, service, availability, loyalty, and a genuine love for what we do.
